Crossville — Harvey Monroe Peters, 76, of Clarkrange, TN, passed away Nov. 29, 2011, at his home in Clarkrange. Funeral services were held at Bilbrey Funeral Home Dec. 1, with Bill Hassler and Jenny Marie Phillips officiating. Burial was in Clarkrange Cemetery. He was born July 4, 1935, in Clarkrange, the son of Ervin Monroe and Rosalee (McCulley) Peters. Mr. Peters was retired from Crossville Rubber Products and was a member of Clarkrange United Methodist Church. He is a member of the Mary Chapter #11 Order of the Eastern Star, Clarkrange Blue Lodge #605, Triple TAU #181, York Rite, Scottish Rite and Shriner. He is survived by his wife, Betty Jean (Conatser) Peters of Clarkrange, TN; son, James Harvey Peters and wife, Billie Jo, of Jamestown, TN; daughters, Kathy Diana Cooper and husband, Gary, and Karen Denise Treadwell, of Clarkrange; sister, Mary Elizabeth Abernathy of Pulaski, TN; grandchildren, Heather, Kendra, Edward, Julie and Katie; and great-grandchild, Jaggar. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ervin Monroe and Rosalee (McCulley) Peters. Fellow Masons acted as pallbearers. Bilbrey Funeral Home, Inc.
