Brien O'Brien Jr. was the son of Brien O'Brien Sr. Michael J. O'Brien's book Irish Settlers in America suggests that Brien O'Brien Jr. was the brother of my seventh great grandfather Cornelius O'Bryan. I do not believe that this is yet proven, but it is an area of serious enquiry. Brien's second wife was Mary Ann Thomas. Her parents are unknown. |

I don't know who this John O'Brien was. Brien O'Brien Jr. living two houses away had a son named John Thomas O'Brien, but John Thomas O'Brien was born in 1775 and shouldn't have been enumerated has head-of-household and greater than or equal to 16 years old in 1790. |
