Timothy Carpenter (Tim or T. C.) Peters was the son of James Peters and Rachel McCart of Anderson/Roane/Morgan counties, Tennessee. Tim himself was born in Morgan County. Rebecca Bosley Frogge was the daughter of Cornelius Mitchell Frogge and Deborah Carpenter. Contrary to what the census says, Deborah Carpenter was born in Massachusetts. |
